Rover SD1 Police
This is an original ex West Yorkshire Police car that we restored for a customer last year.
The car is now restored to original Police specification and is complete with 1980's equipment, including the breath tester! All flashing lights are working, along with sirens and rear light display.
Another very interesting project for us!
The car arrived with us semi dismantled and we repaired the body by replacing inner and outer front and rear wings, attention was made to other areas as necessary in order for lasting use for many years to come. The car was sprayed white again after much preparation work. All the mechanics were overhauled using new parts. The V8 engine was rebuilt. The first run on the roads to the MOT station was a real head turner.
