Alfa Romeo engine rebuild

We have just completed a complete rebuild of a 1968 Alfa Romeo 1750 engine. These engines were originally put in the saloon GTV model in 1967, had a five bearing 118BHP four cylinder twin camshaft. 8701 of the total production of 52977 were used to go in the now rare Spider Veloce; this engine is from one of the few remaining RHD Spiders in this country. We completely stripped this engine. New parts: Inlet and Exhaust valves Oil pump Valve seats Valve guides Piston, liner kits Con rods Main bearings Big ends Water pump Machining work to include Head skim Valve guides and seats Crankshaft polished Balanced All original nuts and bolts nickel plated Dellorto Carburettors, fully striped and cleaned in our ultrasonic bath. New throttle spindles, jets, needles and floats etc. Gearbox Full strip and clean, 1st motion shaft renewed Oil seals and gaskets
